At ALTURD, we believe in customer satisfaction. That’s why we offer a No-Questions-Asked Returns and Exchange Policy to ensure you have a worry-free shopping experience.
Since ALTURD products are thoughtfully crafted just for you, we offer a one-time return or exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction. After you’ve exchanged an item(s) in a particular order, you will not be able to raise a further return/exchange request for the same item(s).
RETURN POLICY
Terms and Conditions:
1. Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.
2. Condition of Products:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. We'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Returns will not be accepted if the product is worn, washed, or missing tags.
4. How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at support@alturd.com with your order details.
5. Return Shipping Costs:
We offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 per order will be deducted at the time of refund.
Self-ship in case of non-serviceable areas: If your Pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, please self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse.

Share the courier docket for tracking with our team. Ensure the product(s) are securely packed with the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. In this case, we will not be charging you reverse shipment fees of Rs. 100.
6. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item(s) passes our quality inspection, confirming it meets the return conditions. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@alturd.com.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
In case of COD orders, Provide your correct Bank account details while sending us an email.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Need a different size or color? No problem!
Terms and Conditions:
1. Exchange Window:
Exchange requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.
2. Condition of Products:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and all tags must be intact.
3. Size and Color Changes:
Exchanges are strictly limited to Size and Color changes for the same product.
4. How to Initiate an Exchange:
Email us at support@alturd.com with your order details and the desired size and color.
5. First Exchange Free:
Your first exchange is free, and ALTURD will cover the shipping cost for you. Subsequent exchange/returns will not be accepted.
6. Processing Time:
Exchanges will be processed after the original item(s) is received and inspected, which typically takes 8-10 business days. We will ship the exchange order once the returned products have passed through our quality check. In the event of any unexpected delays, same will be communicated via email.
Policy for Missing/Damaged/Different Products
We take great care in packaging and delivering your order. If you encounter a damaged, missing or different item(s), we will resolve the issue quickly.
What You Should Do:
1. Unboxing Video Requirement:
Record a video showing the outer packaging, the unboxing process, and the product condition.
Clearly capture any damage/different or missing item(s). For more details, please refer to the below mentioned "Unboxing Video Guidelines".
2. Contact Us:
Email us at support@alturd.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach your unboxing video and provide a brief description of the issue.
Resolution Options:
We will offer a replacement or a full refund within 10 business days, depending on
availability.
Unboxing Video Guidelines:
1. Start recording before opening the package.
2. Show the condition of the package, including any signs of damage or tampering.
3. Record the full unboxing process and highlight any issues.
